Colder weather helps us to appreciate the warm weather more and the hot weather makes us look forward to the cool fall breeze. As are heading into my favorite season in Canada, the leaves will flash a final vibrant colorful goodbye before leaving the trees bare.As we anticipate the miracle of budding life in the spring we are left to enjoy some snuggling up, Holiday treats...and yes some dam cold months but hey thats when you book off and join me in Barbados for my New Years-New you, luxury fitness retreat!(JAN-FEB '09) Till then I hope you all have a fun, fantastic & FITLICIOUS long weekend!
