Hi! Great job at FAME/Miami!!!

You were an inspiration to say the least. Three months ago, I almost broke my back coaching at a Soccer Camp. During my rehab./recovery, I gained 20 lbs. and added 11% body fat to my frame. I was bed-ridden for five weeks. I weighed 192 lbs. and had a body fat of 21% on September 1, 2007. The day of the competition in Miami, I weighed 178lbs. and my body fat was 8.1%. Thank you for inspiring me to stay on this course of full recovery!!! By Christmas, my goal is to weigh 185-190lbs. and have a body fat of 5%. Observing your beauty and obvious committment to health and fitness has motivated me even more to become the best I can be. For me FAME was just the beginning of my road to TOTAL SUCCESS!
